Supporting Hospice of Southern Kentucky
All donations are tax deductible to the extent the law allows. Contributions made in honor of a friend or Hospice of Southern Kentucky team member will be acknowledged as specified by the donor. For memorial gifts, please provide the name of your loved one in addition to where you would like the notification of your gift to be mailed. For donations by check, please make all checks payable to Hospice of Southern Kentucky, and they can be mailed to: 5872 Scottsville Road, Bowling Green, Kentucky 42104.
